Healing Ministry Meeting

SOAKING PRAYER - A team of people prays three times a week for six weeks or longer for someone who is suffering from a terminal illness such as cancer.

PHYSICAL HEALING PR AYER - One, two or several people pray for healing and relief of pain for many kinds of physical afflictions

NURTURING PRAYER - Using many different aspects of nurture, a team of people prays and ministers to someone who hasn't had proper nurturing from a parent due to death, divorce, abuse, etc.
INTERCESSORY PRAYER
- Individual or group prayer for the needs of others, the church and the world.
INNER HEALING
- Also known as Healing of Memories - This form of prayer is when a person is led through a painful memory that is very distressing and may be causing them emotional harm.  Jesus is mentally placed in the midst of them to offer healing and solace in the situation.
GENERATIONAL HEALING
- Prayer by a team to break any curses or generational sin in a person's ancestry and to set the person and his whole family free of the bondage caused by their ancestors.

PROXY PRAYER - A parent or someone close to a child or adult who needs prayer for healing, stands in for that person and has authority to claim his or her healing.  A team of people lays hands on the proxy while praying for the person.
